As a Professional Counselor that believes mental health services should be accessible to everyone, I currently Accept: In-Network Provider for Blue Cross Blue Shield of NC, In-Network Provider for Optum (United Health Care), In-Network Provider for Medcost, VAYA Health, Partners Behavioral Health, Sandhills, Wellcare of NC, Healthy Blue, Carolina Complete, and others. For those that do not have insurance or that think that they cannot afford "therapy", I offer sliding-scale rates for services provided. I provide services based upon the needs and schedules of my clients; services are provided during the day, evening, and weekends. CLINICAL ASSESSMENT
I provide Comprehensive Clinical Assessments to determine the most appropriate diagnosis based upon each client's presenting symptoms. Most insurers in order to pay for coverage, require a clinical diagnosis.
INDIVIDUAL THERAPY
In my therapy sessions, we’ll work to solve current problems and improve positive thinking and behavior.
